Comment: Technically, this is not the "return"of Falstaff. The lead story in this issue is a reprint from issue #3 (only ONE YEAR earlier), but they cut & pasted the artwork at the beginning to make a different cover and splash page, and also changed the title, to (I assume) fool their young readers.
