Comment: There was a 'Mr. and Mrs.' radio series, based on Briggs' strip, starred Jack Smart and Jane Houston as Jo and Vi. The series was broadcast on CBS from 1929 to 1931.

Comment: Hi Steve, glad you enjoyed them. Yep, it's 'beggars can't be choosers' territory. We have to be thankful someone out there thought enough of them to scan and preserve them. So many items, especially from the early era, are likely lost forever unless we can get incredibly lucky.
